The best thing for you and everyone else to do is retain competent local
counsel and solve the problem up front, rather than having all of us out
in the boondocks cleaning up the mess that will otherwise be created.

("97.fm" indeed! It will be fun to see what the USPTO does if they try
to register that as a trademark!)
