Sorry if I sound cynical, but by now it is quite apparent that what you call
""abuse and manipulation" is the *intended effect* of these approaches to
definition of constituencies. They are not misguided philosophies of
representation or short-term estimates of the relative strength of
aggregations. They are a bunch of TM lawyers, corporate lawyers, and registry
reps deliberately designing structures that empower themselves and not others.
