Thank you fro passing this along. It appears as Ellen had worried as did
many of us that there would *not* be a consensus based DNSO decision
from ICANN and that the ICANN "Initial" and INterim Board is again acting
in direct violation of their own Bylays as well as the White Paper in
even making this decision.
It also seems reasonable to assume that we can expect more of
these "Imperial Administration" decisions in the future.
The ICANN "Initial" and Interim Board took NO account of the comments
which their own web site solicited with respect to gaining a consensus
based process in making this decision. They have even deleted the
feedback URL and all evidence of that feedback from their Website
as well.
