All the items were adopted unanimously except for the conflict of interest
policy, as you will see in the minutes (and as I mentioned at the press
conference).  I voted against the conflict of interest policy because I felt
it was insufficient (no public disclosure).  (Board members Linda Wilson and
Eugenio Triana were not present for the meeting; Geraldine Capdeboscq
attended by phone.)
