In legal parlance, this is the "cybersquatter" at work, e.g. Toeppen.

And this is the "reverse domain name highjacking" against which I've been
cudgeling.

It's too bad the lawyers, seeking to put a little pizzaz into their wretched
briefs, gum up the works with such fancy, emotional phrases.
Now me, I don't do that.  :-)
