Very interesting article! Thanks for drawing our attention to it. It
is interesting to note possibly that the regulation that the ICANN
is considering imposing in it's "Accreditation Guidelines" as well as
what WIPO's RFC-3 are even more restrictive that what governments
are currently considering in many ways. Especially with respect to
Privacy.
