You are too late here Erik. This process is already in progress, and slowly
growing as many of the telco's and regional ISP's are totally dissatisfied with
the dictatorial methods of the ICANN thus far. Continuing down this path,
the ICANN and maybe even the IETF will become redundant and unnecessary.
