+ question for esther: Does Icann's attorney have to reveal *HIS*

Esther Dyson replies:

If Joe Sims, lawyer for ICANN, or his law firm
represents any of the people or organizations
providing funds to ICANN he is in conflict of
Interest. If Mr. Sims is behind any of the
corporations providing loans to ICANN he is
in conflict of interest. If, furthermore, Mr.
Sims is closely associated with any of your
credit card wielding Board cronies the same
 holds true.

Also... just who is providing how much in loans
to ICANN? And how does ICANN expect to be able
to pay any amount of loaned money off since it
is a non-profit organization? Unless it's off of
our backs as citizens forced to use their corrupt
 and self-perpetuating regime.

And how much personal money are ICANN Board Members
squandering of their personal funds in their sundry
campaigns to become rulers of the Internet for life?
Because, so far, all the mad ICANN chooses to reveal
to we, the gret unwashed, is a membership structure
that will allow only institutions and individuals
similar (identical) to those already $upporting
ICANN to participate in elections. Which means more
of the same evasive nonsense, trumped up secrecy,
 pompous arrogance and arbitrary, authoritarian
 decision making. Gaia help us!
