  If it wasn't these ISP's it would be another group.  So what?  This argument

  Which ISP's cannot link to the Internic?  Why can't they?  Be specific
please.  Little things like those pesky things such as FACTS william.

  This is in part a reasonable complaint.  However I believe it was back in
December, I am sure that CHuck will correct me on the date, that NSI
did publicly state that they were going to meet ALL of the requirements
of the co-operative agreement and the extension of such.  That should
have been your first hint.
