hello chris

there appears to be some real inconsistancies in your statment here...
where is and what are the "significant risks" you mention ?

according to documents filed in conjunction with the recent sec S-3 filing
dated 1/4/99 relating to the stock sale by SAIC & key officers of NSI (i
quote from page 52)

"Although 41 of these objections have resulted in litigation involving the
Company, as of December 31, 1997, NO DAMAGES HAVE BEEN AWARDED AGAINST THE
COMPANY to any plaintiff in the 36 cases that have been resolved. The
Company believes that it has meritorious defenses and intends to vigorously
defend itself against these claims."

maybe i missed an amended filing to reflect the "significant risk to the
company" you mentioned..

if so... please redirect me to this amended filing...
if not... then please explain this inconsistancy ..

best wishes

ken stubbs
