Is this meeting taking place, and will it have anything to do with
the relationship of ICANN to future registrars? If so, under ICANN's
bylaws (Article VIII, Sec. 4) it can only occur as the result of a
decision of the Board, and the meeting falls under the legal
requirements established by ICANN's bylaws (its bylaws are law, make
no mistake about it) to take minutes of the meeting and post them
publicly on its website.
If ICANN does not do this, it is infringing the transparency, public
reporting, and accountability sections of its bylaws, and can be
sued for that infringement by any party with a provable economic
interest in the outcome of the policy decisions being made by ICANN
in regard to the implementation of new registrars.
