Ah, a little less flippantly now, here's a splendid exercise, which
I know will be met with enthusiasm. We take out our dog-eared
copy of the ICANN requirements, then dig out all our bookmarks
with various online news articles, and relevant emails on this and
other relevant lists, and we test as to whether or not NSI qualifies.
And if you think that would be fun, wait 'til you hear this one (which
a certain personage in Texas I'm SURE will love): we do exactly the
same thing, but we do it for ICANN! Would it have inadvertently
hung itself by its own petard?
Prize to the most devastating analysis, consisting of uninterrupted
license forever to the domain name cool.cat.
