PTO Records of the registration of the INTERNIC mark indicate that it was
filed for by AT&T and assigned to NSF in 1995. When you indicate that
InterNIC is a brand for NSI, do you mean that NSI is a licensee of the
government? Is there a written license? When does the license expire? As
part of your duties as a licensee to protect the mark, did you notify NSF
of the internic.com site and advise that action be taken?
