All,
Yes indeed this is the case currently. However William seems to have
left out some rather important information that directly impacts this
"Filing". First it is not YET granted (See filing number). Second on january
16th the USPTO made several changes to the classifications, making this
filing potentially not valid under the current new classifications. See
uspto for further information. Third, as we have filed in the proper
manner prescribed which includes the need for a charter for the
potential TLD or gTLD, as this filing did not do. Hence in conclusion
it is likely that this potential filer of this TM will either need to refile
with a new filing date and fileing number, of face losing that TM to our
filing or other potential filings on .BIZ....
