Dean and all,

  Though it yet again seems that the USG/NTIA, is having problems
with oversight.  Nothing new there.  We have seen much of this with
respect to ICANN of late.  It is hartening to see that NSI stuck to
it's guns with respect to reversal of its wonderful change....  I would
in this instance agree with NSI that much of the comments have been
grossly overstated, and for the most part, both improper and unwarranted...
