  Good point here Richard.  We wondered if the NTIA or the ICANN can
really seriously consider the DNSO.ORG's proposal seriously considering
the already well known circumstances that has tainted DNSO.ORG's
effort from the very beginning.  Shades of the IAHC/gTLD-MoU maybe???
