Personally, I have a problem with this. This would be feeding MHSC's
competition. I''m afraid I'd have to argue against such a recommendation,
as I would against Thawt, on the same grounds. OTOH, MHSC would be quite
happy to help such a voting center setup their OWN CA. To be used strictly
for the purposes of voting. We should be vendor-neutral.
