Jonathan,

Whatever the answer is, I wouldn't trust the numbers.  A lot of people,
myself included, were excluded from the IFWP list for a long time because of
a screw-up with their list server.  And you should include in your survey
the same kinds of numbers for the InterNIC domain policy list, the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list, and the ORSC discuss list.
