Hi Richard,

Unfortunately it is germane, since JW has been the most active poster to this
list and some related ones for well over a year. I believe that one of the
challenges of intelligent participation is determining who deserves attention.
JW makes claims to speak on behalf of exceptionally large numbers of people, and
thus draws attention to himself. Yet he can not deliver any evidence to us that
he speaks for anyone but the peson whose verbal diarrhea has been spoiling these
lists.

I have posted that evidence on many occasions to this and other lists,
as you should know unless you have been filtering my posts, in which case
you are making this statement without real knowledge.  In fact I did so
from our report to this and the IFWP list just a few days ago again.  So
your statement here not only is false but is yet again one of your misguided
attempts at misleading individuals on this list in a way that is improper and
totally without merit.

However as you have been a supporter of the IAHC/gTLD-MoU in the past
it is no small supprise to see you yet again use that sort of disgusting
tactic that was and to some extent still is so prevalent from others of that
particular political bent.

I began filtering him last spring (he's the only person I filter), and found
that reading these lists became much less stressful. I doubt I'm missing
anything by skipping his stuff. It is unfortunate that there are at least a half
a dozen active posters who, in my opinion, are far too eager to spar with him or
parody him. Because of those people, I haven't been able to get free of his
noise. (And I regret that at this moment I'm part of the problem as well.)

Ahhhhhhh!  As I thought, you are filtering me.  SO if so how could
you possibly know what evidence as you state above that I have provided?
Answer:  YOU CAN'T!  You are as usual just grandstanding.

I support a moratorium. But, for the sake of newcomers, I would like to see the
URL to the Jeff Williams FAQ get posted here every other week or so.

Yeah, go ahead.  I have several that I shall post on yourself as well if you
like to play that silly and unfactual game Craig.

When Esther Dyson showed up on the IFWP list I wondered if it would be
appropriate to warn her and try to spare her the confusing effort of learning
what the rest of us already knew. I held back and was soon sorry to see that a
lot of her initial capital of good will and patience was squandered on him. It's
no wonder that most ICANN board members are reluctant to participate in online
discussions. The board members need to know that it's OK to ignore kooky frauds,
and that JW is certainly in that category.

You for one don't know anything of substance regarding myself or
many of my affiliations.  Even though one of my business partners
did speak with you at some length in an attempt to help you with some
thesis you CLAIM you are working on regarding DNS issues.  I still
have the recording and transcripts of that conversation.
