TM space is the areas within the different confines of countries TM
regs/req's for TM names in specific classes.

All true Brett, and in some cases useful. But mostly to the TM owners
or TM lawyers, not very useful to DN holders/owners or the general public.
Most of the general public/users could give a hoot. We are addressing this
in a slightly different manner. With our "WhoHas" Web or Browser
facility we are doing cross matching with TM databases on DN names
internationally. The only problem with this is most new filings are
not in the TM databases for sometimes as long as 4 months, hence
leaving some DN's that have registered TM's not available.
