  Let's put these reports is a bit of perspective, shall we?

1.) Asencio is under investigation by the SEC for improper securities
practices.

2.) Michael Dillon has been a supporter of ICANN and the gTLD-MoU.

3.) At present, and likely to remain so, NSOL/NSI owns the Registry
     Database.

4.) True competition can only come from multiple registries not just
     Registrars.
