No doubt. Of course, that proves nothing. However, I'm no conspiracy
theorist, and frankly haven't any real interest in the subject.
Except, that is, in how it relates to the USG's ways of doing
things, which is somewhat relevant to the present situation with
ICANN. This constant juggling between "public" and "private"
corporations, whether it's to avoid taxes or to avoid legal
responsibility, is rather annoying, don't you think?
