really quite remarkable that you are (still) getting such basic facts so
completely wrong.
ICANN has nothing to do with control of content, privacy or access, never
mind other matters of civil liberty.
Nothing at all.
Not a little bit.
Never has had.
Hence, it will be amusing to see you try to document your claim, to the
extent that you wish to have your exploration in global politics taken
seriously.
