Give it up, Rhonda, the course won't be reversed,  the trend to
deregulation and less government involvement is a good thing, and
should continue.  Most Americans realize this, and support such
deregulation wherever it can be accomplished.

This is one of those areas.

I can't believe you still think you can reverse this course.  If so,
the thought of the time you are spending hitting your head against
this brick wall trying to bring it down is amusing.
