Mike Nelson of IBM Corp and the Global Internet Project points 
out that the ceiling for donations from companies wishing to 
contribute to the start-up fund for the Internet Corporation 
for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), has always been 
$50,000. We suggested earlier this week that it had been upped 
from $25,000 last September to $50,000 now, but quite frankly that 
was wrong...
