What you have done is not competition, it's a well-publicized sales force
for the NSI registry, the only registry in an artifically-maintained
monopoly.

Competition would entail a completely different choice of not
only registrar but registry.

Image Online Design is prepared to accept all ICANN
accredited registrars for its .web(tm) Registry, under the
same terms and conditions as NSI.

Every day that goes by that this does not happen adds to
the harm to Image Online Design. I don't think I need to
elaborate on the seriousness of that point.
