You just have to do it. About three weeks ago I personally filed suit in Federal Court against the Governor, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and the Chief Judge of the county, all here in Oregon. Entirely different issues, of course, but it has to be understood that that's what the judicial system is for. If a state or the USG does not abide by the law, somebody has to call them on it. Who?
