There is also the foot-in-the-door aspect: if one RFC can be DRP'd 
in the dust, what standing do any of the others have for future 
determinations? 

Sounds to me like a choice between a showdown or a massacre. 
(Ive just been reading the biography of Louis Riel ;-)) 


If things are moving too fast, theres an old mule-skinners trick: put 
a stick in the spokes. Hmmm, isnt it about time that dire April 
warning was implemented?  (Sorry, folks, gotta clean house, if 
you'll just kindly lift those files there...)
 
Why, I dont reckon it would hardly take any processing power at all 
to figure that one out.
