Esther, this is nothing new by any means. These sort of
marketting
practices of selling DN owners names and locations has been going
on for some time now (4 years maybe?)
What I find quite odd, is that you would point this out so glaringly
given
that ICANN's own Accreditation Policy would allow for the very same
BAD practice to occur in that your Accreditation Policy states in
so many
words, that any information regarding a DN registration can be used
in any fashion the ICANN sees fit....
