as public servants. It is my opinion that too often many governmental
departments like the DOC/NTIA forget that they are SERVANTS
of the people. Hence WE THE PEOPLE need to remind them!

Agreed, and something that we collectively should not be forgettingI think if any quasi-governmental body touches the WIPO report
with a ten-metre pole, it should have a lot more than a ragtag
bunch of protesters breathing down its neck -- even if it is not an
election issue. Yet.
