Very good thoughts, Ellen.
I would challenge the Interim Board to make the meeting after Santiago an
*internet meeting.* Using a variety of internet mechanisms -- some in
real time, others time-shifted -- this could be a way for everyone to
participate in a meaningful and equal way.
I am confident that ICANN would receive technical support in planning and
building such an online meeting place from this community.
I hope they consider this possibility.
