No, I never do that, El, and you can even speak to the founder of the
IDNO over my concerns of whether I should be listed under by business
domain, which I own as an individual, or under my personal domain.
I am always very careful to avoid this trap that Michael has fallen
into, and there is a history to back me up.

I think ICANN has set the record straight themselves.
What is means is an attempt to make sure as much integrity is brought
to this process as the flawed structure will permit.
But since you admit you are only here to have fun and play games,
integrity is not important to you.
