This message is a result of my insisting that only true
non-commercial domain name holders be allowed to organize the
meeting. The ICANN board, which is colluding with ISOC and its
allies CORE and the INTA for them to take over the DNSO, saw that I
could enforce that, because it is logical and would be upheld by any
conscientious third party, including probably the German
authorities, who haven't been told by the U.S. Government to let the
phoney ICANN board do whatever they please, as seems to be the case
in the U.S. So now the Board, in collusion with ISOC, are using
populism and a twisted interpretation of democracy (no credentials
when it suits them, total exclsuivity when it suits them) as a
weapon against the rightful members of the constutuency. The purpose
of this is, as always, to deny the users of the Internet any voice
in Internet governence.

The ICANN board has revealed its hand in this exchange, for the
first time. They are now openly favoring the usurpers of the DNSO.
This sort of evidence is probably more important, in the long term,
than anything that will occur in Berlin, which will be totally
manipulated by ISOC and the ICANN board. But these revealing
statements of the ICANN board are evidence against, and will
eventually be used as such to convict them of their crimes.
