Roeland, this is one place that the evidence overwhelmingly thus far
in this process, does not agree with you contention with respect to
Ester Dyson. I was SHOCKED that you stated that she is s
"Streight-Shooter" in that you have been involved in this process
for some time now. Just a few of the reasons why I am SHOCKED at
you position on Esther are as follows:
1.) If Esther was such a "Streight-Shooter" than why did she not
Straight out answer Jay Fenello's question from two weeks ago on this
Very list?
2.) If Esther was such a "Streight-Shooter" than why did she plain lie to me
over telephone last october, which I have recorded by the way?
3.) If Esther was such a "Streight-Shooter" than why has she not come out
publicly regarding the "Closed" ICANN INterim Board meetings either
in favor or not in favor?
4.) If Esther was such a "Streight-Shooter" than why has she not answered
some 26 questions that I personally have put to her here publicly?
5.) If Esther was such a "Streight-Shooter" than why when Gordon Cook
ask here several questions, that she either did not answer them at all,
or did not directly answer them regarding the ICANN Bylaws?
I could of course go on and on, but I believe this is sufficient...
NOPE I cannot agree with your evaluation of Esther Dysons
ethics as it relates to the ICANN process...
