Russ,

I poked around the ICANN site and found the pre-Berlin IP proposals
(including email address and contact info) at
<http://www.icann.org/dnso/constituency_groups.html>.

A video archive of the constituency group presentations at the open meeting
is at
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/scripts/rammaker.asp?s=real&dir=icann&file=Ope
n-Meeeting-052699&start=6-43-26&end=8-05-01> (I found it off
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/berlin/archive/open.html>), and the
scribes' notes of the presentation (fairly detailed) are at
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/berlin/archive/open2.html>.

The scribes' notes from the IP constituency presentation to the DNSO
general assembly the previous day are within
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/berlin/archive/dnso_ga.html#ip>. The
video archive is at
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/scripts/rammaker.asp?s=real&dir=icann&file=DNS
O-GA-052599&start=2-27-21&end=2-52-40>. ...JZ
