Any "congress" cannot endorse or modify positions based on the
opinions and thoughts of a single person, as it is clear what is
happening with the "positions" being published under the nom "ICIIU."
So as usual, Jeff, you are spointing off without any supporting facts.
ICANN comments removed from CC, they have enough to do without needing
a copy of every message in these threads. Including them in any
