It should be of little surprise that Esther or any other member of the
ICANN Interim Board "Has Time" to view much of anything, as Diane
reported on thursday, the members of the ICANN Interim Board
doesn't even take the time to read it's own lists comments. This is
a clear and glaring indication that the ICANN Interim Board is both
incompetent and irresponsible in their charge....
