I'm wondering if anyone has an opinion on which constituency is the
appropriate one for prospective TLD registries?
The gTLD registry constituency is, by design, exclusionary of anyone
except existing registries. Since prospective registries are presumed
welcome in the debate over how to admit them into the competition,
I would presume they must be in a constituency.
Would someone from CORE care to comment upon in which
constituency CORE feels it is most represented?
