Joop and all,
Good suggestion here. (See more below your comments)

This continuing position of the ICANN Interim Board meetings being closed
and minuets not being provided, is the single most important violations
of the White paper that the ICANN Interim Board has been guilty of. For this
reason above all others their transparency and openness is certainly
on question.

I personally view this as fairly minor, yet it is at least bad form and an
indicator of the lack of openness that the ICANN Interim Board continues
to display.

You should not be surprised on this decision of the ICANN Interim
Board with respect to the IDNO. As we all know very well the ICANN
Interim Board does NOT want individual representation in any form
that is meaningful, and most especially in the DNSO or the ASO.
This is of course appalling and should be viewed in the light that
it appears to be.

Yes, and this weak explanation from the ICANN Interim Board is indeed
indicative of their side stepping approach. Shows poor leadership.

Agreed. Have you thought about asking the ICANN Interim board
privately on this matter via E-Mail? Not that they will reply of course...

It at least leaves allot to speculation anyway...
