Could ICANN be under pressure from the EU here?
Are closed ICANN (Initial?) Interim board meetings to come to and end
perhaps? Will the REAL truth be known soon?

Excerpts:
There are many committees and they tend to be
                     secretive, making accurate information nearly
possible to obtain, the Guardian of London
reported. The committees advise and assist the
                     European Commission, the governing body
which establishes EU policies. Under this
proposal, committees would be required to
                     make public documents, decisions, and
                     agendas of those meetings.
and...

According to the Guardian, France, Spain, and
occasionally Belgium have resisted any reforms
of the current committee system. France and
Spain have formally presented reservations to
the proposal, the paper said.

Wooops! Javier Sola, could the gig be up on you soon, eh? Are those
shorts starting to get a bit tight? (Briefs or ???, I am sure the
ladies on these
list would be interested in knowing).... >;)
