Several methods might be acceptable. I would be very interested to hear
your thoughts on how it might best be accomplished. A formal effort to
find those which are currently active, with an appropriate time for
response, would be good. The efforts of ORSC and Stef's sroot initiative
and the TLDA would be a good place to start. I would guess that *most* of
those operating new gTLDs are at least familiar with those efforts, if not
associated with them.
