Ken and all,
A wise suggestion indeed from Ken here. However it appears that
CORE may need to take that same advice as well. As I have ask
and passed on this information upon request to the house commerce
commission regarding this "Unusual" situation. It appears that the
USPTO may have "Slipped up" here, and likely CORE as well, for
obvious and now well known reasons... Need I say more??
