Dear readers, contrary to poor Williams missives here, most of you
are likely well aware of recent (Past year) court decisions regarding
my previous post to which william is mistakenly although in familiar
character, referencing to. I provided some starting point to which
those that have a serious interest, in where to at least begin their
research or search to which William "Conveniently" snipped from his
response below.
As a courtesy I will again provide some starting points to which I
eluded to indirectly in my previous response.
1.) Reference starting place #1 would be the court posted records
at the 1st US District Court. All of these records are provided
online at their web site.
2.) Other related directly and indirectly related cases on DN's as property
are also available on the 10th US District court web site as well.
3.) Additional reports of these rulings are likely available from news sites
cnet, wired, and NYTimes as well.
Note: Please be careful and read the complete decisions and judges
complete rulings in those related cases, there are several
avalible...
