Just for the record, we solved Cthulhu's problem by giving him a direct
telephone uplink (as we would have done for anyone else who contacted us
with technical difficulties, subject to availability of sufficiently many
telephone lines).
I'm looking into the problem of RealMedia access from behind firewalls, and
I hope to have it resolved by the next webcast. If anyone out there knows
the "trick," assuming the solution is indeed a simple configuration change
as I suspect it is, I'd certainly appreciate suggestions off-list.
