In Berlin I had a private argument with the registrar of .au about
Individuals owning Domain Names for companies. He frowned on that with the
argument that the DN holder should always be a "sueable entity".
He somehow connected that with the argument that, therefore, he was also
against Individuals having representation in the DNSO.
(perhaps so that they could not object to structures being put in place to
make sure a DN owner would either be "sueable" or be pushed out of his
domain by regulation such as .au implements--no Individual registrations in
.com.au period.)
