  Quite right Mikki, quite right indeed.  Unfortunately there are those
that believe that some DN's that are not Trademarked or have filed
for one, are illegal.  Of course the answer to if they are or not,
is still unclear.  The WIPO "Final Report" Recommendations in Chapter
3 seem to deem these as "Abusive", although even this is unclear
to a great degree, unless you are referring to "Famous Marks" as
they compare to DN's.  This may be what John is/was thinking of
in his post.  John?

  To me the term "Cybersquatter" is just a label that some elements
or segments of ecommerce choose to use in order to demonize
some forms of registration activity that they view as "Speculative"
to the point of being "Abusive".  I also believe that to define that
activity, is a slippery slope at a minimum...
