  Good Idea, I agree.  best way to be sure that they get your attention
is to FAX that letter to their FAX number.  Also if you put together a small

petition as well this will add to the pressure.  You can also send this
petition and letters FAX that is, to the DNC and the RNC for additional
effect.

  Yes this is a good idea as well.  Again make sure each person
also FAX's as well to their Senator and Congressman.  In addition
offer some simple suggestions as to how to reword the dispute policy
as well...

  Agreed Tom, this is a terrible idea and sends the wrong  and confusing
message to Congress, which is already terribly ignorant for the most
part on the internet anyway.
