Perhaps the perceived arrogance comes from a lack of personal
knowledge rather than arrogance on the part of the discussion
participants.
Technical matters relating to these issues are VERY much on topic
here, and indeed NEED to be discussed to deal with actual operational
ability to implement the policies and proposals we are discussing.
