Gene and all,

  I fully agree with your and Karls sentiments.  ICANN without a financial
plan and a method of full disclosure of financial dealings would be prudent
and wise once and "IF" they are ever fully constituted.  But in all fairness
to the ICANN full financial disclosure at this juncture is premature, though
a financial plan in place is NOT.

  We must all try to remember that ICANN is a PRIVATE corporation, and
is non-profit as well.
