In Dave's opinion, shown by his continued statements of this ilk, ANYONE who opposes the CORE positions (which have his unwavering support) is nothing more than someone who will "wail and decry, but do not contribute constructively." By contribute constructively, he means to work to as quickly possible get CORE into a position of offering registrations in a new Top Level Domain. No matter what else has to be done or sacrificed to get there, this HOLY result must be accomplished quickly, nevermind the consequences, they can be sorted out later. He ignores that a large percentage of those he says should be dismissed from the calculation of consensus have indeed been contributing, but since what they are contributing and suggesting does not give the results HE and CORE wants, they are not constructive.
